Finding Understanding and Supporting Emotions (F.U.S.E) Ltd is a not for profit Social Enterprise that offers support directly to the family and young people or through a third party.
Our aim is to ensure that ALL young people and children have access to excellent support.
We provide One-to One and Group-work with Children and Young People in the management of Anger and the Development of self-Esteem.
Self-Esteem
Whether it is called self-worth, self-belief or self-confidence, it always comes back to the concept of the self. Some of us do get caught in a cycle of low self-esteem and cannot get out of it; this is where F.U.S.E. Ltd can help.
Management of Anger
In many ways, anger is a good thing; not a statement you will see very often, but a very true one. The management or recognition of one’s anger and the control or use of it is the issue that is most frequently identified as Anger Management problems.
We all develop periods of anger and most of us know this and have developed strategies to manage it, but some of us can’t quite get there and could really do with support in developing those strategies; this is where F.U.S.E. Ltd can help.
We also provide training to any staff or workers in the public, private, independent and voluntary sectors who work with Families, Children and Young People.
